I’m a big Panera fan but won’t frequent this location again. Manager indicated it was an issue to order 24 cookies (no preference specified) without advanced notice. Not sure why it’s an issue being that every order is offered to add cookie, 50+ up front on the counter, and you can also order through door dash. Next time when in a pinch will def take business to local shops instead since it seemed like a hardship. Upon pickup manager wanted to indicate that they’re in a dinner rush and she had to bake them but 5 staff members standing there chatting with her. Was there 10 min later and can verify they’re not hot (didn’t ask for them to be so why lie)Not a great customer experience…

Kimberly let me taste/try Mexican corn chowder soup and then the Thai chicken soup which I purchased the large group size. Kimberly was pleasant,polite, respectful and courteous.

Great Mediterranean salad for dinner, best thing we didn't have to wait a lot. Bad thing high price. But I will recommend it
