Pearadise Park is a wonderful place to take your dog. The pear orchard is public, so you can take pears for eating, canning, etc... The orchard is maintained by Urban Abundance. When the weather is clear, there are views of Mt St. Helens. There is also apple, cherry, and plum trees dispersed amongst the pears.
