I wouldn't recommend this gym to nobody! I still haven't been refunded from being charged doing lock down because of covid. I will contacting the BBB about this because this is fraudulent.

I signed up since it stated they had cycling classes but was advised after that they were looking for an instructor, which they have yet to "find". The classes are for beginners and did nothing for me. So I decided to stick with my Orange Theory membership. I have been to the gym once and that was for the free trial, and yet I was charged for 2 months. I let the first month go since it was my fault I didn't cancel in time but the second month I canceled 15 days before I was supposed to be charged which the cancellation slip gives a grace period of 10 days. Yet I was still charged. I have never heard of a gym membership needing 30 whole days notice before cancelation. Whoever the manager here is an all-out unprofessional joke. I wouldn't have written them off and may have given this gym another shot down the line but with how they handled my cancellation this gym can kick rocks.

This place has gone steadily down Hill since it has opened. Save your money. The Towson Y or even Planet Fitness would be a better choice. Broken monitors, worn out equipment fixed with tape. I have requested a Hex Bar for 18 months.(response from management Eain/Shayla, They have one at Old Court). The last straw was Saturday when a staff member was EXTREMELY Rude to me and a guest. This place is Trash!

Will NEVER JOIN another gym again after the experience with this gym Northern Parkway location I called to talk to a manager the female that answer the phone hung up on me and then would not answer the phone after I called back a few times Rude unprofessional and incompetent employees that really need to be retrained on customer service Liberty Road location a Caucasian white man did my cancellation transaction and told me I would not have any more fees coming out of my checking account for the month of March 2022 then they charged me a few days later You cancel your membership and they will keep taking the membership fee out of your checking account after you paid the 10 dollar cancellation fee They get mad because you want to cancel your membership and then ask why are you canceling I do not recommend anyone to join this gym if a gym has to take your banking information I don’t suggest to join
