I got a butt facial! And Sara did a great job. She educated me on the process. I felt super comfortable and the result is that my butt feels super smooth. I got the diamond exfoliation which is extra. Sara let me know that it might hurt but it actually felt great. Signing up for a facial was the more painful part: you have to call first and then finish registration on a pretty badly designed online system. I would expect better for the luxury company they are. Communication between the front desk and the facial attendants seems to lack. All in all it was a great experience and I would do it again. Sara was great.

Nurse Jamie has a special face tightening device that they sell at their spa. I follow the directions and love my results. Her products are great / I love my face cleanser! She’s the best!

Amazing!! Not just the services they offer which are the best of everything, but you can tell that every one that works there is so professional, happy to help you achieve what you want and or happy to still help you if your in a budget they have many choices or levels and so i pick whats best for my budget ! I still get amazing treatment whether you are having pricey services or not much at all! Thats not the case at most places I’ve been to. Im very particular and clean is super important to me and obviously to them as well because they keep it clean all day long! Everyone there is truly wonderful! Nurse Jamie is known as the best! Thats how i found her by seeing her on her TV The Dr. and E! And so i checked it out!
