PLEASE STOP soliciting on private property. We had two men knock on our door at 8:00pm. The only reason I answered was because I thought it was property management. The first man spoke so fast and mumbled I could not understand a word he was saying. He Tried to bribe us with free paper towels and then came back with a second man asking to come into our apartment to show us products. When we declined and told them to leave and that they shouldn’t be soliciting they were very defensive, angry and rude. If anyone from Kirby reads this PLEASE stop doing this. It is rude and also illegal to solicit on private property, especially at 8pm! Why would anyone have employees doing this so late??

So the Kirby Vacuum is actually a really good product. My husband and I were extremely impressed with how much dirt they pulled up and were able to show us right after we had just vacuumed our 1 year olds room which we do every day. It was disgusting. However, the sale tactic wasn’t one I was impressed with. We had a sales person come to our door the night before and promote some “no charge” product that is supposed to protect your carpets from dirt and spills. Same stuff you get on furniture if you will. And they show up today with a vacuum to do a demo. I think this company really does have a great product but they need to be honest in what they’re trying to sell.

I went in there today and got what I needed pretty convenient I see a lot of people on here making bad comments about door to door sales people. Kinda really has nothing to do at all with this storefront but I guess the same people who leave thoes comments are also the same people who like to throw it in your face my husband is in the navy. So what 1 more over honored over paid government employee cool. You get a free check from MY taxes every month and the more kids you pop out the more you get. And... I’m not done; that same person would complain about people on food stamps and not see the irony in that. Anyways If we’re making off subject reviews I thought I would add my 2 cents. Great place will return!
