My new favorite place to eat and grab a beer. The spiced shrimp and hush puppies are AMAZING. I also love going on a Friday night after work as it has the "dive bar/family" feel without being disgusting. Great pricing as well for the amount of food you get.

A small town restaurant in a strip plaza with the BEST vegetable beef soup. We also enjoyed the Philly cheese steak and the daily specials from time to time. Service is good. Plenty of free parking. Convenient to Interstate 66. There is frequently live music and a variety of special events and activities. Never had to wait for a table but they are close to full sometimes.

A bit disappointing. Would give 3.5 stars if I could. We have been coming to old Salem for years now and today seemed different. Maybe new ownership? First, I’d like to say the staff is very friendly and helpful. Differences ? the menus are now on paper and breakfast isn’t available all day, Sandwiches are a la carte and food was super greasy. The patty on the patty melt only covered 1/3 of the bread. The $2.75 for 5-6 over breaded onion rings? The Reuben was also very greasy. I know businesses are hurting but I think it’s important to give people value for their money..
