Maybe it is the way some people approach.... I flew two weeks ago with JetBlue and I bought brand new luggage ''samsonite''at this store. Unfortunately when we came back our luggage was completely destroyed. I complained with the airline, manufacturer and they did not help. As my last resource I decided that I should go back to the store where I made my purchase. I did save the tags because of the 10 year manufacturer guarantee but not the receipt. One of the store managers was able to help and he did it very professionally. I have to thank César and Barbra who pulled out my receipt from two weeks ago and did not play around with me to keep store credit or etc. The store was super busy, thanks for the good service provided guys!!

The selection is huge and the Homewood section is by far a better one in the area. The line was so long, however, that we had to leave without our items because it simply was not worth how long that wait would have been to pay.
