I love the pool! We all loved it! 😍 also breakfast was delicious everyday, specially the small green appetizers (the looked like quiche) I can't have enough of those! The coffee is perfect as well. All the staff super friendly and helpful. We had a great time there!

It was a really nice hotel except for our specific room. Sounded like they were doing the hotel laundry and stomping around for an hour or two while we were trying to sleep. Not a good night. Avoid room 220. I would stay here again in a different room though.

Solid place to stay in Hollister, especially if you’re headed to Pinnacles National Park. It’s a couple miles from restaurants and shops but great location. Full disclosure there is construction across the street but noise did not impede our stay at all. Appreciated the complimentary parking, the luggage storage (we had only carryons), the complimentary breakfast. Coffee is above average for hotel coffee. Sundry shop offers snacks, Tylenol and some frozen food options. King room was mostly clean and appropriated. For a two night stay it was enough towels and soap. Bed was a bit soft but was comfortable. Walk in shower had great water pressure. Stayed as Bonvoy Platinum members and when we were greeted were offered a king suite complimentary upgrade if we came back in a few hours, so we went out for a bit and came back and received the king room. This is fine as it’s what we originally paid for, but as Platinum it’s always memorable when upgrades promised are honored. If in the area we would stay again.

Me and my mom have been staying here since the hotel was a few months old and the place still looks the same. Before COVID we would stay every 2-3 months for about a week and unfortunately now that’s changed but hopefully we’ll go back to that soon. This place is always very clean, the staff is also very nice and helpful. I think we’re the staff shined was cleaning staff. Although we were told they would only clean the whole room every 4 days they would still come in and place new towels for us and fluff up our bed. They threw trash away for us we would leave by our door and would wipe down our glass shower doors. It seems so little and dumb but it brought a sense of “normality” as we continue to deal with the pandemic. Only thing I wish they would improve is the to go breakfast. We tried the bean burrito once and it was soooo bland and uneventful. I had a sip of juice as well and it was extremely watered down. What helped save the day was the yogurts and fruit cups. I love the location of the hotel, and the slightly separated feel of it. I really hope the new hotel being built across the street doesn’t pull to much business away from this hotel.
