Being a local corner pizza shop fan, never tried here, after many recommendations, tried it. Ordered online, it was an easy experience, convenient and food was ready for pick up prior to arrival along with being hot. Ordered a cheese steak, large pan pizza and fries. The crinkle fries are great and recommended, cheesesteak was just ok, it did fall apart and had to use a fork, it was not "cheesey" enough to my liking, not a huge fan on sauce. The pizza on the other hand, was very good, see pics it is thicker than a normal pizza, sauce and cheese were good, they have NYC style thin pizza will try next time. Will be adding Catty Pizza to pizza rotation, pizza good will probably not order cheesesteak again, however will try other items.

Food was good but service is a little slow. Placed an order over the phone and was told 20 minutes. Arrived about 10 minutes late due to traffic getting home from work and had to wait an additional 15 minutes. So in all it was about 45 minutes instead of 20 minutes.

The food is OK. The biggest issue I have is the customer service. I usually call a place and pick my order up. This is the first time I’ve ordered from here and did it online which has to be done through Slice. When I was done it said estimated delivery would be 30-45 minutes which seems legit based on the amount of time it takes to make the pizza and the 5 minute drive to my house. Slice told me the order went out for delivery after about 35 minutes. Well 45 minutes came and went and then 30 so I called Catty’s and they said it was just going out the door and it would be about 5-10 minutes. I told them Slice said it was out for delivery 30 minutes ago and their response was “I don’t know what they said”. If you use a system for online ordering and don’t know how it works why are you using it. Anyway, another 30 minutes passed and still no delivery. I called back and someone else answered. I told him what was going on and he did the obligatory apology and was ready to hang up when I asked if he could find out where the driver was. He did but that should have been done without me asking. The order happened to just be pulling up. To top things off the pizzas were barely warm when we got them. Even if this was the best pizza in town, which it isn’t even close, I would never order from here again. I understand you may be short staffed or busy or both but don’t tell a customer something which you aren’t capable of doing.
