Upadte: Happy to report this location has come around and has been delivered superb food and customer services recently. No more giggling clowns nor ignorant managers present. Food has been hot and fresh, staff very polite and competent. Original review: Kept giving them chances. Sometimes they decent burger presented polite service. But last night was the worst of all horrible experiences combined. First food came out cold and missing a patty- I ordered double. They have gathered some of the weirdest clowns in town together, all without uniform, giggling for whatsoever reason, and very upset toward customer. I give up.

Went to Wendy's Friday 6/11 at 930. It closed while we were in line. Web site says 12am. Went Saterday 6/12 at 730 waited for 30 minutes 15 at the speaker for them to tell me they were short handed.... no one was in line in front of us not even at the window. Got sick of waiting and left. Saw other get tired of waiting also.

This location has had some serious problems lately. The employees are rude, ghetto, and impatient. I think they specialize in intimidation and rushing you off with the wrong order and over charging you by not applying the current sale price. Over the last 6 months every time I’ve visited this location my order has been wrong! Be sure to check your order before you leave or you’ll have to waste your time and gas driving back to this location! Employees, please learn to follow directions! And take a hint from your neighboring businesses and say please, thank you, or it’s my pleasure. Good luck!

Manager was very nice and patient. (Black lady from the Island). I request gloves changed and fresh food and it was all done with no issue. If I pass by this one again craving wendys I'll definitely stop by!
