Wouldn’t be such a bad place to rent from if a certain employee by the name of Eric wasn’t managing the building. He was very rude to my wife and I when attempting to obtain a uhaul. We were told one thing over the phone and told another when we arrived. Eric seemed very frustrated every time my wife or I would would come to rent a uhaul, until the last time we were there which he stated he would not be renting to us anymore due to my wife’s (provisional drivers license from moving from another state) as all legal licenses are created shortly after moving from one state to another. After explaining to Eric that this shouldn’t be an issue considering he’s rented to us before, he then became very aggressive and told me and my wife that we were liars and that we need to leave and we would never be welcomed back. We of course have been using another uhaul company but Eric has taken it upon himself to send out an email stating me and my wife are not to be rented to under any circumstances. Again this man was very very rude and even lied to our faces about helping us in the past. Would NOT recommend this uhaul service, or at least until Eric has found a new job that better suits him.

they charged me extra essentially stealing my money because I've gone back on the website and showed them another quote I had gotten the same night I bought the other option and asked them to cancel the other one so I can get this one but he lied and said it would be more expensive but I went and checked again and it was still coming out cheaper. I believe he just didn't want to cancel the first order and then do a whole new one and make a little bit less money but I really needed to save all that I could at the time so having extra money stolen from me was not very customer service friendly. I tried to contact support but they didn't do anything.

We went to rent a trailer today even though we were unavailable to because we didn't have the right electrical equipment to hook up, we had excellent help and support from Grace. It was the end of the day and she still patient and did everything in her power to try to get us on the road. She wasn't afraid to get dirty and got under my Jeep to try to find the right connections. Above and beyond extraordinary service!

Rented a car hauler 1/15/21. The fellas inside were quick and on top of things. Checked back in flawlessly later that evening. 5 stars in my opinion were well deserved.
