Amanda asst manager is great and always polite no matter the circumstance. But this store is always short staffed. This past order took two and a half hours to deliver. I got the notification that my order was out for delivery over an hour after ordering and it took over an hour to actually deliver to me. The food was not edible. I have called multiple times asking for the owner to call me. They don’t. The owner obviously doesn’t care about customer service, making things right, or helping out staff at their store when short handed etc. so now I have to do a dispute thru my bank because the owner can’t be professional and handle their business appropriately. It’s too bad because I really like Pizza Hut when the food is cooked properly and hot. This is what the pizza looked like when it got delivered. My kid took a piece and they it away because it was no good.

Ordered big box & there was barely anything on the pizzas,it was all dough & honestly it tasted off,not like Pizza Hut normally does!!! I did notify the manager & she offered to refund my money or remake the order!! She said things were crazy & seemed like she was short staffed...Non the less it was a overall poor experience!!

I order from this location often, but tonight when I opened my order it looked like the driver slammed their brakes. Half is just sauce and crust.

We were SO hungry and I ordered at about 20 minutes til closing...usually at other places this means you may or may not get your delivery, and if you do it will be rushed and half cooked but this pizza was so good! Hot and fresh and made with care. We will order from you again!Happy New Year and thanks again.
