Best ribs, super tender! Meat was exactly how I wanted, burger was delicious as well And by the way the restaurant look like a cabin with wood everywhere!

Food was great. The steak that I ordered rare actually came out rare, which is uncommon for a chain restaurant (or any restaurant for that matter). My wife love the meatloaf, and my daughter said it was the best burger and fries she ever had. The customer service we received was fantastic, despite my wife and I coming in with three young children only an hour before closing time. Overall, really happy with our experience. You earned some repeat customers in this family.

Absolutely the worst appetizers you can get from any restaurant there is, abysmal portions and everything was burned to a crisp. Ordered a kids pizza took 30 minutes to get it. How hard is it to heat up a frozen pizza! They should be embarrassed serving the garbage they do!

Could be that the card had an expiration date. Could be that your card balance was somehow stolen. What I would do is call customer service for the card or the corporate office of claim jumper Restaurants. I hope that your situation gets resolved. Best of luck to you.
