I called three times to ask where they are located in Raritan. The girl who answered the phone did not understand English and hung up on me. The next two times I called to ask to speak to her boss or a manager and she hung up on me again. I guess they don’t need any business. Very rude thing to do. Wanted to bring a couple of dozen bagels to work. I will never contact them again.

Arrived with line out the door due to long ordering times. Employees can not speak English clear enough for either to understand. ( Majority of problem). No itemized receipts to verify order was correctly taken. Menu not easy to understand and prices are high. Over $8 for bacon, egg, cheese bagel Food tastes good though if made correctly.

If you can get past a language barrier. And maybe expect slow service on things like breakfast sandwiches. It’s pretty decent. What I really like to hone in on, is the bagels. I think they are excellent, sure there are better in NJ. But these are solid for a quick stop.

If I could give a zero I would. This is the third time I have tried to order a bagel from this place, and every time has been an awful experience. I first tried to place an order for pick up and waited on hold so long that I made it to the restaurant and made it to the front, while still being on hold; no one came back to the phone. This is the third time I have been left on hold, that’s if you can even get on the phone with anyone. After placing my order in person, and waiting an extremely long time, I had to go back up to the front and ask about my order which she had in the back, and expressed that “she had a lot of orders” as if this is a valid reason I never got my order. She reads back my order correctly, and I take the bagel. I get home to find the bagel is a mess; and not what I had ordered and pay for. Not to mention the ridiculous prices, this bagel was $10 and it’s not even what I ordered!!! I ordered a bacon egg on an everything bagel and expressed NO cheese twice. Below is the mess I got. Highly disappointed with the service and bagels. Will not be returning. I highly recommend you find another bagel place in the area, I had a much nicer experience at bagel stadium.
