The mobile home estate is always immaculate. All the residents seem to be friendly and they all get along with each other. Every time I go there I can always smell the sweet Aroma of barbecue :-)

Very nice and clean park in a great area close to alot of stores, only issue is cant stay for more than 6 months at a time unless another space opens up to move to if not u have to leave for that reason wouldnt stay there other RV parks in high desert dont have this same rule

Do not stay here. It is a month to month only park, laundry rooms are filthy, machines full of dirt, staff is not friendly nor accommodating. Being month to month electricity is an additional fee, standard practices in most parks.Tell me, how can it cost $400 for one months electricity in a 36 ft rv? Spaces are gravel, not level and cramped, and I mean cramped. The staff keeps the grounds nice but that is the only nice thing. Many very old and worn out RV’s with permanent residents. No amenities except a pool that you have to reserve to use and only a couple reservations per day. Since options are few in the HD, they can get away with poor service and over charging. I warn off anyone considering this place. We learned our lesson

Location is great. But address says " Main Street" but it should say the real street.GPS took us to the Gated Community, so we came in the back way. We wanted to stay a week and get the weekly rate. We could stay but 1 day short if week n they would not give us the weekly. Facilities are not clean. Big resort n 1 laundry room for all. Other laundry room was closed. Front desk staff seems nice but would not stay again. Resort not maintained like others.

How much for tent camping?

I really can't recommend desert for tent camping anyway. It can be very windy without a lot of warning, and during the winter it gets cold enough at High Desert altitude that tent is not really warm enough

How old can my RV be to into a camp site

Tricia R | Sep 4, 2019

I believe it's currently 2004+ but it gets updated over time. I would estimate between 10 and 15 years old max but with new management I would definitely check with the office. :)

Their rates are on their site. The monthly is currently $530 + electric and a $350 deposit. However, if you need a second key or gate opener, be prepared to fork out an additional deposit. For their full rates: http://www.desertwillowrv.com/rates/

Do they have camping and/or cabins? If so what are the rates for all?

Is the pits. They often have one or more wifi repeaters down, can't move to use another without a new code, tengo barely services and often has you just resetting until they see there is an actual issue with their equipment. Desert Willows staff just shrugs it all off.
