My first time in this car wash. Paid $25. It was machine washed. Then to be serviced however, 4 to 5 cars were serviced before my car when my car was on queue. Had to line up. Observing. When it was my turn, other cars behind me was serviced first, observing, 1st car okay, 2nd okay, the 3rd I asked the lady staff if the it was a self service, and then she had to go inside.. to check as she said. It was very disappointing. If had not asked, they would just ignore my car. What kind of treatment/ service is that? As I got home I had to rewipe as they didn't really efficiently did their job. I found a 3 scratches in compartment back right side.. I called their site to report, only automatic prompt, one telling to wait for a customer service but no one answers. Whoever is the owner of this business, please, make sure you take care of your customers. Very disappointed.

I got very bad service with this car wash when i come to When I came to the cashier, he told me that the service included washing the car floor cover, but I was surprised that it was only a wiping and also it was not done to the fullest. The glass was wiped in a hurry and the service was not given as it is in the bill. I spoke with the nixon supervisor and he told me that I want to pay extra for the car wash mat Knowing that I paid 32.99 and I took this service the last time I washed the car from the same place, but the employees are different. Advice: do not go to waste 35 dollars of your money or even one dollar
