Temeku Hills Masters Association is the HOA for this community. The golf course is a separate organization and open to the public. Beautiful facilities for property owners with a clubhouse and large swimming pool.

Yes, adults are allowed as many guests as they like.
All information is in clubhouse office. Usually early. I have seen it 6 AM to 10PM
