Great Area to live in, close to 3 city’s but in a smaller town in the country- lived here for 2 years , no regrets If a traditional home isn’t an Option currently for you I STRONGLY suggest considering greenbriar

Most homes are owned and the lots are rented. There are a couple that rent both though.

No. But Hickory Hills(owned by same company) has a pool as part of their rent Community pool
