Dropped off 2 boxes and was told it would be 2-3 hours. I asked if I would get a call or text when it was done and was told I might not so I should just come back in a few hours. I guess I’m just supposed to spend my day going back and forth checking if they’re done? 4 hours later I came back and the boxes weren’t even touched. I was told they “might” get them done before closing. I waited around for 2 hours and still didn’t get a text, so I went back in and they were finally done. For all I know they could have been done right after I left but I still waited around for a text they didn’t bother to send. Over all I spent 6 hours waiting around. I don’t mind if things get backed up and take a while, I just think the situation wasn’t handled professionally at all. Not being bothered to notify customers when the order is complete just shows a disregard for their time. Not to mention the amount I received for my trade ins was laughable. If you’re going to buy I’m sure there’s some good deals but to sell is a total waste.

I see a lot of reviews complaining about how little they give for turned in items and how much more they mark them up when reselling, but every place is like that. It's the unfortunate effect of capitalism. Look at GameStop for example, or even some thrift stores that get items for free and still try selling them for near full price. I've found sound good deals on second hand items, it just depends on the popularity and condition of the item you're getting. Love shopping here, my sister and I come down every once and awhile since it's far and love seeing what items they have, new and second hand. Yes we sometimes pay more than we should have to for certain items, but it's more of a fun outing and experience for us, more than anything.

It's a mixture of a lot of stuff. New and used books, comics, video games, music, card games and notebooks. Always fun to look though, with something for everyone. They have a lot of musical instruments, amps, and so on as well. Action figures, branded items and tees for many TV and movie franchises. Take a spin through, you'll see something you want for yourself or as a gift.

Would only give it one star, but the store is nicely put together. I can see why they seem to never busy, their prices are insane, especially for second hand stuff ! You can do much better at most places other than this. As for pawning your stuff, you will have a better profit on Facebook Marketplace or Ebay. They give you less than 20 percent of what your item is worth, yet ask a fortune for it. Don't waste your time there.

Possibly. Call ahead to see if they have it. Their stock changes almost daily.
You bring in the items you want to sell, take them to the counter, and then you put them in the bins provided and the workers give you a ticket. After some time, usually 10-30 mins in my experience, they'll text you to let you know they're ready. You go back to the counter, they tell you what they'll buy and what they'll give you. You can either get a lesser amount in cash or a higher amount in store credit.
They stock a variety of popculture new puzzles. The used puzzles your taking the risk there maybe pieces missing. But they are very cheap.

It depends, but i would say no more than $10. The prices are very reasonable.
Yes they do they have a whole bin of them near the cash registers.
They definitely won't give you what you think it's worth but if it's something they think they can sell they'll definitely buy it.
