Came here a few times recently but the last visit was ridiculous. They are always closed earlier than they say. Most recent time I placed an order on the app, picked it up and I waited in line for about 15 minutes before actually getting my order. The guy in front of us in the drive through got the incorrect order, which was most likely mine but I can’t say for sure. Then I get told by a manager that they had no fries left, and no chocolate frosty. I was ticked. They then gave me extra chicken nuggets. Mind you, the line at this place is usually long. The line was nuts once I finally got my order after waiting for 15 minutes. I then look and here I’m missing part of my order! I wasn’t waiting in line again. Luckily I saw the lady walk out to the guy who was before us, she then went back in and got me my missing order and gave an extra. Overall this lady was nice and fixed the issue but this company needs to get their stuff straight and get this location more help. On top of this, the sign and speaker with screen is so outdated. Plus most of the time I come here, the people in the drive through are ignorant or just careless. I used to love Wendy’s. More than any other fast food chain but this location along with others is going down the tubes. After issue after issue with this location, I can’t stand to come here anymore.

Wow! It's amazing how GREAT Wendy's food is when you ACTUALLY receive it HOT. I guess that's a simple request but it rarely happens. My Jr. Bacon cheeseburger had lil strips of bacon on top of MELTED cheese. That's the way it should always come, so this Wendy's gets 5 stars bcuz the other ones set the bar so low...

I come to this Wendy’s often and I can tell that for a while they were definitely understaffed and overwhelmed. Regardless, they’ve always been kind and are hard workers. I ordered a southwest avocado salad which usually has tomatoes on it and was told that it comes pre-made with them on it. When I opened it, I noticed that someone took the time to pick them off for me. I’m not allergic, I just have never liked them. The fact that they took the time to do that for me is truly thoughtful.

It was 8:30pm on a Sunday and dinner was a quick good fast food place that was still open at that time. This Wendy's location is easy to get to and the drive-thru order was quick. Staff at this location, especially the night crew that took my order were AMAZING! I forgot an order of fries which I was able to add at the payment / pickup window. There wasn't a long wait, it was decent and actually quick - the night crew on Sunday, Feb 2022 were the real deal. Should have gotten their names for some kudos shout outs.
