Update: called back the next day and spoke to Jessica a manager. She was super helpful gave us 2 free pizza and a soda. Thank you Jessica for great customer service. Worst customer service! After placing my order 1hr 1/2 later we called to check on our order. Supervisor was absolutely rude! I ordered 2 pizza based on the delivery policy if it’s not here in 30mnts pizza should be free. I got the worst service I have experienced. I understand 100% people get busy and backed up but that’s not an excuse to give customers an attitude. NEVER BUYING HERE AGAIN

I've been getting pizza from here for years. Due to their covid measures you're not allowed to walk in the door. Which is fine, but I walked up to the door because i expect that is what you're supposed to do, i wasnt acknowledged so I figured I was in the wrong. Went back to my car and my wife called. We sat on hold for 15 minutes, through 3 different employees before they told us that yes, we come up to the door and give our name. Which is what I thought in the first place but was ignored when I did it. We were at the place for 25 minutes trying to pick up our order that they said was finished before we even left our house. Well we get home and our pizza is cold, our breadsticks are cold and have atleast 56 gallons of butter on them, I've never seen even half of that when we ordered before, oh, and my chicken wings?? I dont even know what the HELL they gave us, but it's not chicken.. I'm beyond irritated, and atleast during covid 19 I wont be going back. Every employee was rude too..

I've order here many times, and every time I'm give them the benefit of the doubt. Not any more.. I placed an order 1hr and a half later, had to drive to the place, oh yes it was delivery.. and to get there my food was just there sitting, the drivers where getting other orders but not mine.. never again..

Today I ordered a pizza from my local Dominos, and it worked out great! I received a 50% off coupon via email, and logged into the Dominos site and built my order for take-out. I checked the order tracker after a few minutes and it said my order was in the oven, I hopped in my car and drove over and it was ready. The pizza was great and 1/2 off. A great deal.
