Peaceful, a few friendly hikers with dogs under control passed. We relaxed on the glacial boulders at the top of the ridge, then made our way down easy paths past little running streams .

Alpine street trail was perfect for what we needed. It was around 45 minutes, not crowded at all and not too strenuous.

This trail has alot to offer. Different walking trails in the woods. Currently mother nature is doing an amazing job at making it smell wonderful with all the blooming flowers. Good for jogging or walking.

Miles of hiking, killer mountain biking (as in know what you are doing), snow shoeing, cc skiing if you are good, and actually decent back country skiing when there is at least 24 inches on some kind of base. Bird watching, bouldering, photography, explore the old mine sites, try to find the biggest trees, see how many trees you can identify, hide and seek, etc. It is a big area with lots of potential. At a minimum, go see the boulder pile.
Wildlands conservancy is not able to accept injured/orphaned wildlife. We no longer have a wildlife rehabilitation facility.
