We took half of the parlor for a birthday party and they were very understanding about all the kids ( all 5 of them) running back and forth, yelling and genuinely having a good time. The food is always great here and the service is exemplary! Their spuds are the best! The manager Kayla is pretty cool also. Very friendly. The rest of the staff and the regulars there all create a welcoming atmosphere.

I love Abby's but I personally had such a bad experience at this location I will not be going back. I ordered for delivery and it was estimated to arrive in about 45 minutes. An hour passes so I call. The night shift manager tells me they're understaffed which was understandable. I asked if they could remove the delivery tip and I could pick it up? She agreed. I showed up and she told me they were JUST PUTTING MY ORDER IN THE OVEN! I was annoyed at that point. On top of everything I was double charged when I was told my meal would be free because I waited so long. Once I actually got my order, I took it out to my car and realized they forgot my salad. I went back in and asked for it. Once I got it home I noticed it was brown and I just threw it away. The pizza was good, like always. I called Corporate about the double charge. The one charge came off but my meal wasn't free like promised. The District Manager also said they weren't understaffed so the manager just flat out lied to me. Such a hassle when I was supposed to have a relaxing pizza and movie night with my husband.Ashley, we apologize for your frustrating delivery and carry out experience.
