My issue is not with the facility itself, but with Storage Direct. Storage Direct sold this facility and never bothered to inform the tenants. I tried to make an online payment but could not because this facility was no longer on the website. No explanation on the site. I called Storage Direct and the person with whom I spoke wasn't able to process my payment, but she didn't know why. It wasn't until I called the facility directly that I learned of the ownership change. I will never do business with Storage Direct again.

Storage Direct is a clean, no nonsense self storage facility. The only problem I have with the business is that they lock the gate early, at 9:00 p.m. They say that past that time, the gate auto locks and if one is still inside, will be required to pay an extra $50.00 for someone to let them out.
