The food items that I ordered were in stock, the food was real, not fake, and the food was all the way cooked, not undercooked and not overcooked. It was cooked just right. Also, you offer Military Discounts. You should keep on doing that, and don't stop. That goes for"ALL" of the Jack in the Boxes wherever there is one. You should bring the prices down lower though.

Drive thru open 24/7. Although they do run out of chicken fast here. They get your order right and take EBT....lol

Did drive thru order was wrong called told me to go back manager on duty at the time didn't look at me once or apologized for their mistake. Decided to dine, 3 more customers went back to return their food since they got it wrong aswell. Not once did they apologized or tried to fix the problem.

Never coming here again. Every time I go employees have some sort of attitude and always forget either my drink or to give me back my card in the drive-thru. And whenever I mention they’ve made a mistake they give me attitude. This happens every. single. time. I only come here because its closer to my job after I get out of work, but I’ll be going out of my way to another Jack in the box now. Spend your money somewhere else.
