A great place to hang with a group of friends or to take a date or to just come by yourself and read and drink good beer. They have a small selection of craft brews (their sours are excellent) and a large outdoor patio. You order via QR code so it’s pretty fast, albeit impersonal. They always have a food truck parked outside so you don’t go hungry! Only issue is parking kinda sucks in Frogtown but I’ve usually been able to find a spot closer to the river path.

Loved the beer and vibe. The chocolate raspberry pastry stout was flavorful and not overly sweet. Cloud drifter IPA was citrusy. Shaded outdoor seating was an enjoyable way to spend lunch. Ordered tacos from the Frogtown Tacos truck outside that were tasty... Lots of folks had sandwiches from the Wax Paper Co a few blocks down.

I first tasted Frogtown brewery at Bluesapalooza at Mammoth Lakes last summer. The beer was great and the people pouring were very cool. So I made the 15 mile / 60 minute drive from the South Bay to Frogtown Brewery. LA's own brewery north of Dodger Stadium. Close to Silver Lake and Echo Park. Several beers in different styles on tap to choose from that will suit all tastes. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. If you like to try breweries, live nearby or just want delicious beer on tap you won't go wrong at Frogtown Brewery.

Beer review Dog friendly. No on site beer but Food truck on Sunday night and allow outside food. I came here a couple times before the pandemic, and was here the past Sunday. They expanded with a spacious outdoor patio. I had their barrel aged Belgium Tripel. It's very well balanced with a note of honey, florally and maltiness. Doesn't taste boozy but definitely can feel it. I have had their beer before and as I recalled, they were good. Will definitely come back.
