I went in to get a gel manicure. The nail technician was nice but seemed to be inexperienced when it came to gel manicures. She was very rough when cutting the cuticles and not waiting until they were soft. I kept asking her for a square tip and she gave me a round tip after telling her multiple times what I wanted. She did not apply the color on my entire nail leaving the sides of my nails visible. It has been only 6 days and the gel is starting to peel off. Very disappointing as I have been going back to Amy’s nails for 20 years. When I called to see if an experienced technician could redo my nails it seemed like they didn’t have time or could do it when I had availability. Never again will I go there.

This place is good for feet if you're looking to have callus removal. They always do a thorough job. My caveat is that I've always been rushed here when it comes to polish, whether I make an appointment or not. I've had Amy and her mother do it. Amy can do a decent job, but I don't think her mother can see well anymore and always leaves my nails looking sloppy. She is a lovely woman, but whenever she does my nails she gets polish on the cuticles and my nails starts peeling/chipping away from the cuticle after a couple of days.
