It's on the upper level of the mall right next to Burlington. They have everything from arcade games to basketball to bowling (in a type of arcade format). They have pinball machines and air hockey, too (my personal fave). You buy a card, and load it up with the amount you wish to spend. They charge you $1 for the card, so even though I put $30 on it, which entitles the purchaser to an additional $5 credit, they charged me $1 for the card, and only loaded $29, which gypped me out of the additional $5 promised. We played for about 1.5 hours, and the tickets you win accumulate on your card. At the end, we went to check out, and the owner (older man in his late 50s) told us we had 170 tickets. There was this weird pressure to make a decision right away even though they weren't busy, and there was no one else at the counter. When someone did arrive, the owner said, "Well, we'll have to boot you out of the system because you're taking too long," which I thought was an odd statement since the tickets never expire, and you can keep accumulating them each time you come in. There was a young man named Atticus, who looked to be about early 20s, who was extremely helpful and friendly. He checked us out, and helped us choose an item to redeem our tickets. There are quite a few choices to redeem your tickets, some upwards of 4,000 tickets, and it makes since that people would choose to save them for a better prize.

The kids have so much fun that they ask to go here every weekend! There is another arcade in this mall as well, but the kids prefer to go to this one because the staff is so helpful and friendly and the prize options are much better and bigger, you really get your moneys worth! Love this place! :)

Always love coming here! Lots of games to win tickets on, super friendly and helpful staff, and I have so much more fun here than Round1! They even have play-til-you-win crane games! They are my go-to arcade and people of all ages will enjoy their time here!

This arcade is a great spot to bring family. Has a great selection of games to play. In my opinion this is geared more towards families that would like to enjoy a game time without any substances around the kids.
