I've always had good service here but the last few trips the pizzas have been really lacking. We ordered 2 pizzas tonight. Giant pepperoni and a giant three cheese and they had barely any cheese on them and only about a dozen pepperoni's. They were also thin crust when we ordered regular.

Over an hour to wait on 1 pizza after ordering ahead! WHAT A JOKE OF A PIZZA PLACE! Highly recommend driving to any other location as it seems to only be this one.

Papa Murphys Pizza tastes great. But there's something to be said about a well prepared crust. And I can't say that about theirs... it's to be expected that a small air bubble or 2 forms up in the baking process, but this is ridiculous... not to mention the crust is constantly sticking to the tray... anyways, this isn't the first time I've had a poor pizza experience from this store, but this is by far the worst yet...

The last 2 times I called in they completely messed up both pizzas. And I know the person taking the order got it right because they repeated it back to me. I get there today to pick up my pizzas and they are laughing about the long wait time. They offer to remake 1 of my pizzas but I didn't have another 45 minutes to wait for them to mess it up again. I say this because about 3 weeks ago I ordered 3 pizzas and they were all 3 wrong too. Last time I took them back and they messed up 2 of the 3 again. I think they should be looking for better employees. 7 out of 8 pizzas that I paid good money for bleh. messed up
