Terrible customer service, absolutely no respect for customers. Would not provide towels when asked for, or any other bathroom a comedies. The Wi-Fi doesn’t work, and they don’t even provide breakfast

Positive: Was clean and decent rooms Location was ok Negative: It¿s not the hotel I made reservations for me and my service animals for downstairs wich I told was available I showed up and was told nothings available so my crippled 13 year old Great Dane that¿s well over 150 pound I had to pack n take care of
