Placed an order at 7:45 and didn't receive it until 9:32. The order consisted of 2 cheesey bread. At 8:51 we called to see about the order because we were told it would be 45 mins. The manager gets on the phone says it will be another 15 mins or so (bringing the wait time to an hour and 20 mins) and asked what did we want him to do about it. Refund of course was our answer. We asked him what would he want done if he was in our position and he said he'd just be happy to receive his food whenever it showed up. He was sarcastic and lacked any level of customer service skills. Almost 2 hours is unacceptable. The worst pizza place in the area by far.

The last 3 times we have ordered our pizza from here our orders were not correct. The pizza was not cut properly. Our chocolate lava cakes were burnt. And the pizza was cold. When we tracked our food instead of counting down in minutes, it seemed as if our driver had turned back or made a stop somewhere. Which would explain why our pizza was cold. They do not pay attention to the details of our order and instead of giving us bbq sauce we got marinara sauce on our pizza instead. The sauce on our wings were incorrect either. But on a brighter note the staff is very friendly.

I called tonight and placed my order at 6:45pm It’s currently 9:01, still no food. I called and was hung up on several times. They did nothing to resolve the issue. My kids and I are still waiting 🤦🏻‍♀️ Will never use dominos in Nazareth ever again!

Staff is good and food is tasty. During peak of pandemic when people were getting infected everywhere, staff wasn’t wearing masks properly. Complained to management and guess what, the store manager called and she was the worst offender.
