This was one of the worst experience trying to get a part from here. So I placed an order# 6118 for a shovel thing for a yard project. I would have just picked it up in a local stores but stores don't carry this for some reason. I received an incorrect item 2 weeks after the order. I called them they answered right away and were very friendly. The guys apologized and said he will get the correct item sent out and was going to send me a return label to ship back the incorrect item, I was not happy because it was going to delay my project another 2 weeks but I understood. 3 weeks go back I had not received correct product so I called them again. The person that answered the phone was very friendly and apologetic and said he doesn't see anything being sent out. I was not happy but the person said he will get one sent ASAP and not to worry about sending back the incorrect product because of the mix up. The incorrect product is just a wooden handle to the shovel and he said it would cost more to have to sent back to them so he said don't worry about it. Well another 2 weeks go by I had not yet heard back or received my correct item. I called again the person I spoke again for friendly but again said there was no order for correct item. At this point I am getting frustrated. The guys say he will email me a return label to send back the incorrect item and once they receive that back they will ship the correct item. I explained I have called number of items and waited now well over a month to get my item. The guy apologized and said sorry about the mix up but they need the incorrect item back before sending my correct item. Can some one make it make sense of all this. How can a business operate like this and stay in business. At this point I'm just hoping to get my correct item at some point.

Sincerely wish I could rate this company zero stars. Ordered a drill bit 3/27, 3/29 they marked that it was awaiting shipment, two weeks later call for an update and am given a tracking number. Watch the tracking for a few days and it delivers in Wisconsin, I'm in Texas. Call them back and find out I was given a tracking number for a different customer due to them putting my bit in the wrong package, asked if I could wait for the bit to be returned and reshipped, informed them that I couldn't as this was delaying my project, they stated (4/14) they had one on the shelf and could ship out the next day (4/15), I agreed. 4/19 I get an email that my order has been marked shipped with a tracking number. Called 4/20 and was told it would be shipped that day, tracking never changed. Called 4/21 AM and was told it would go out that day, someone called me 4/21 afternoon and told me that it had been shipped out 4/20 afternoon. Still no change in tracking. Called 4/22 and was told the notes from 4/21 indicate that it would ship 4/21-4/22, was later told that they were sending an Uber to pick up the item and bring it to them to ship out. 4/22 they called again and let me know they were packaging it and it would go out that day. Drill bit finally delivered yesterday 4/27. I waited a month for a drill bit and got absolutely nowhere with this place. Save your money and steer clear of this place. Nobody knows how to tell the truth or hold up their side of the deal.

Very Disappointed! I purchase multiple tools from them because they have a brand and model listed we like to use. The purchase was made on July 8 over two weeks ago. Come to find out they are out of stock on this item. Which is kind of lazy in opinion to not have your website updated but that is subjective. What I'm upset about is I called on July 9th to make sure they got my order and to see if I could pay extra for rushed shipping since I didn't see that option online. The gentleman said that the order was going to be shipped out that day (Friday July 9th) and I would see them mid of the following week. They didn't arrive the following week so I called back on July 19th and they told me my item had already shipped. I've been waiting this week for our items and I got a call today from Tony letting me know that they do not have my ordered items and if I would accept and similar item and that it would been sent out right away. Because I don't like to ruffle feathers and was annoyed my the misinformation I had been given over the last two weeks I reluctantly agreed. I got a call back and Tony said he needed all my payment information again since it had been to long since I had placed my order. Shopping online is supposed to be convenient and this experience has been anything but convenient. I told them to cancel my order because every minute I have spent placing my order and following up on it has now been a waste and I will still need to wait for my order again after placing it two weeks ago. I was no longer interested in purchasing items from such a dysfunctional business. Take my review for what its worth. 1 disappointed customer vs I'm sure several happy. The review is valid from a customer that is very unhappy to have our time wasted by waiting weeks for tools needed of our business and will now need to start the process over. Hope I'm a lone anomaly.
