One star because zero isn't an option. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Placed order and paid for a deck shell after calling to confirm the model and serial number. Received an email later with subject line reading update, as I had already paid assumed the order was shipping, instead they canceled my order for not sending a photo of the model and serial number. When trying to replace my order they added and additional $200 for shipping because the website doesn't work properly for shipping amounts. According to Mrs. Charlotte Thomas this is in the terms and services at the bottom of the web page rather than fixing the website. As well as the phone number to reach her with an extention provided but no menu to enter the extention. She then took my second order by phone and I didn't get a receipt, nor email reply. After waiting on hold and being hung up on yet again I was told the order payment had not gone through. They did not reach out to notify me of this development. Also the customer service representatives placed me back in the cue so that someone else could serve me. Absolutely no care or value is given to the customer by power mower sales.

Horrible customer service. Order parts. 3 days later asked for shipping update. They told me they wouldn't ship for another 4-6 days. special order. The website said they were in stock. I wouldn't of ordered them if they were on back order. I canceled the order and asked for refund. They decided to ship the parts after the fact that I canceled the order. Canceled the order for the reasons as they wouldn't arrive in time. Asked them to retract the order threw Usps. They didn't make any effort on doing that. The parts got delivered to a house that No one will be at for another month and half. Told me they won't refund. Contacted them. All they did was argue and yell at me on the phone. Not a good way to do business. Customer service needs help with being calm about a problem that they created. they put their guard up Instead of working the problem out. Guess they really needed that $150 they got from me I'll probably arrive back to my house to pile of rusty parts. That won't be returnable cause they aren't in new condition. thought I would share me 2 cents on the company and their customer service team.

Went to look for a used riding mower today. Went inside the store where they directed me to the service department. Upon entering the service department there was nobody at the counter but a gentleman nearby who said it would be just a minute and looked at another man sitting at a desk in the back office. The man looked at me and looked away. I waited but neither man came back out to assist me before I left. I would not recommend this place nor will I return.

Usually read a company’s reviews before ordering online but after attempting to order the needed parts with other online sites I found this company has the most user friendly website hands down. It was a small order and I was pressed for time so I took the chance. However, when I did find time to read the reviews I thought ‘Oh great I may get screwed on this deal’ But here’s my experience. Ordered parts Tuesday late afternoon, shipped Wednesday, received parts Friday morning. ( From Miami to Knoxville, TN). Total price including shipping was from 50% to 75% less then the other sites. Have had prompt and excellent communication by phone and email with customer service. Highly recommend and will continue to order parts for my mower from them.
