Decided to try this place for the first time and was really disappointing. It was around 2pm and we were the only table there. We ordered a shrimp and octopus aguachile to share and after 30 min. they bring out the dish with no octopus and added squid and clams instead. We were really craving octopus and my husband is not a big fan of other seafood. We ask: Where’s the octopus? and the waitress (Fernanda) was like Oh we don’t have any. I’m sorry…what? So not only are you bringing us something we didn’t ask for but you also didn’t think to tell us the kitchen was out of this. We could’ve ordered something else. We ate it and it was really good so no problem there. The waitress did not check up on us, she was just on her phone behind the counter and we had to waive multiple times to get her attention. Remember: we were the only ones there lol Then we proceeded to ask for the check and it was a surprise that they include a 15% service fee. No wonder she didn’t work for her tip. Then to top it off, once the card was charged, we get the receipt and the recommended tip chart on the bottom suggests a tip amount out of the whole total including the service fee. This is ridiculous. We’re lucky we paid attention. Beware!

The drinks aren't the best really not good, the carne asada wasn't a true carne asada, and the crab that my grandpa got wasn't good. The music is over the top, way too loud! I couldn't wait to leave that place. The prices were ridiculous for the kind of food we received. I'm not going to go back. Nasty place.

This place is by far the best local Mexican seafood restaurant I’ve had in colorado so far. The amount of dedication they put behind every recipe is very well noticed, even better that the different options come straight from traditional Nayarit, Mexico. Even if you’re not a big fan of seafood I recommend trying the many non seafood options they have available like the birria tacos with consomé that I thought were so good I had to come write a review. 100% recommend the friendly staff, fast service, delicious authentic Mexican seafood.

2/18/22- A little pricey, but one meal is actually enough to feed 2 people. Although what we ordered the menu said was 21.99 and we were charged 22.45. Not that much of a difference for inflation, but they need to update their menus with the correct prices. The food was better then average and the sauce on ours was really good. The food though is a lot of work to pill all the shrimp and was really messy. I would recommend not wearing good clothes if you go here. The drinks were good. I would be willing to go back just to try some of the other drinks on their menu.

The ones CDPHE is regulating. I feel good eating at this spot.
Not at all. They take care of you right away. They only take a little while to serve you food, but that's fine, as long as you throw yourself a small bucket of very cold cheves
the prices are medium.
