I have only dealt with the service department, having bought my Airstream in the Pacific Northwest. The service department is wonderful, Daisy is very efficient in understanding the problem and ordering the parts before you need to drop your trailer off. This saves a lot of time particularly when you have to come from far away. When I have an appointment, they always complete the work earlier than planned.

Masks are required outside for all parties and all coaches have hand sanitizer and gloves for personal use. Masks are required in the main office and restrooms are separate and have cleaning and sanitizer supplies.
