This company does NOT stand behind their products. Purchased one of their “higher end” shoes less than a month ago and they already started falling apart. I took the pair back to show them assuming they would make it right. The manager clearly didn’t care what the issue was as he didn’t even wait for me to show him what was wrong before spitting out “We won’t take them back. Company policy states if any shoe has been worn outside, doesn’t have a box, or a receipt, we don’t take them back”. I asked, “even though they’re falling apart and it’s been less than a month (their system shows when I purchased them)” and he again said, “No”. No apology, no return, no discount on a new pair.. Nothing. No customer service whatsoever. From past experience, with other shoe companies, if there’s a manufacture defect within 30 days (or longer depending on the shoe warranty), they will replace the shoe.

I just would like to tell everyone if your needing shoes and want the best employee to see there go find celestina at the Logan Utah store!! Best experience in shoe sales I've ever had and I'd recommend everyone go get shoes from her!! Very polite and professional. She is a sweetheart and works very hard and takes pride in her job. Keep up the good work celestina and thank you for being such a good shoe seller!!

**Update, the manager, Freddy handled the situation professionally and in a timely matter! Thank you for correcting this problem! I’m not one to leave a bad review! I’ve been in retail and customer service for over 10 years, so I completely understand policies and such, and realize the customer is actually not always right, but this time I believe I am! I’ve had okay experiences here in the past, and have bought my family, and myself shoes here multiple times. This Christmas time, I bought my son converse that he’d been asking for all year. He opened them Christmas Eve, was super excited wore them around for maybe 10 mins, before realizing they were not only TWO RIGHT shoes, but two completely different sizes! Unwearable...it hasn’t been long, still have my receipt, went to try to get at least the other correct shoe, and was told the other shoe wasn’t around, and I could not get my money back because they’ve been ‘worn’! Shocked. Literally shocked. On the receipt there’s literally a place to initial that the sales person is supposed to check the mates. The kid who sold them to me opened the box, as if he was checking but obviously did not. I guess it’s on me to always double check. I work in the mall as well, and was going back to work, so didn’t think twice about it. Still waiting to hear back. Customer service told me my problem would be corrected. I will update once it has! If buying shoes from here take it upon yourself to check to make sure you have a right and left shoe, as well as the correct size!

Next day shipping does not necessarily mean it will arrive the next day. This is due to many factors such as time of order placement, holidays, delays in shipping, etc. If an order is placed after 12:30 p.m. ET on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday (except for holidays), it will be processed on the next business day. If a holiday falls on a weekend, then the Friday before and the Monday after should be considered as a holiday for purposes of processing an order. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until the next business day. SHOE SHOW, INC. is not responsible for late orders due to schedules set by the delivery company. Deliveries cannot be made on weekends or holidays (and weekends should not be included in transit-time calculations). We do not ship shoes outside of the U.S. Gift cards will be shipped separately.
We ask that you please allow 5-7 business days for the funds to be transferred between banks, this does not include weekends or federal holidays.
We ask that you pick up your order within 3 days. Make sure to keep an eye on your email confirmation and pickup confirmation, as it will have an exact date and the address of the pick-up location.
