With so much going on in the world today, we need to stop, pause for a second and tell someone throughout our day. How much we appreciate them and thank them for showing up for work, and providing excellent customer service. And as a customer today I want to acknowledge and thank John in the deli department. He is always pleasant and provides exceptional customer service. Thank you John for showing up, and doing a great job 👏 👍 🙌

First time at ACME. Found things that other supermarkets do not have. The self check out is super annoying, though. The machine was not working properly and the attendant had to come so many times to scan her card. Other than that, I liked it.

2 for convenience that’s about it! Let’s tell it like it is. I’ve been coming here since Pathmark was across the street. The customer service is non-existent. Always has been. No one is nice or helpful ever. When I come in I never see a real manager. Customers have cut in front of me in every type of checkout lane and the deli and no one cares or speaks up. Long lines all the time. I also switched pharmacies after about the last 2 years of rude customer service over there too.

I have been standing at the seafood counter for 20 minutes. There was 3 employees at the Deli counter. They proceeded to serve everyone at the deli counter before I was helped in seafood. Including people who came to the counter after me. I am unsure who is running the store but contingency plans need to be put into place so that no one else has to go through this again.
