They've always had what I was looking for at a decent price. Plus my first ever experience there was wonderful. I was met with very courteous and helpful staff they even assisted me in opening a charge card.

Not a good experience. The sign said the winter boots were 19.98 the So brand. But at the register they were 49.00. Didn't buy them. I bought a watch a few months ago and they wouldn't let me use my gift card and coupon together. Dissatisfied.

They process Amazon returns , if that's what you mean
They are a small store. Things are very limited but if you call and ask, the customer service is great. Also you can check online by specific store, if you find it you can also do a "BOPUIS" (buy online pick up in store)
