First of all the customer service here is terrible, there’s one lady at the tech service with dark hair and glasses and she’s extremely rude and acts like she’s doing customers a favor when in reality she’s getting paid for doing her job. She stood there doing nothing while there was only one guy printing and doing all the job. I waited there for 35 minutes and had to leave because nobody was helping me.

The girl with the rainbow hair color was super rude , she gave me an attitude and rolled her eyes at me when I made a question. Office Depot should invest in training their associates with customer service skills.

Out 3 photocopy machine only one is working…. Customer services in general … is bad… CORPORATES should be worry in given better customer services instead of making number or sales… back in the good old days customer services was great and sales even or equal
