So years ago I would have given this place a 5 star review for a pet shop however, this location mainly focuses now on being a Botanica which is in the store title (In person, definitely need to update the location name online) you can buy birds and pultry along with rats, mice, some fish, and feed for reptiles such as crickets and meal worms and some pet products but yeah... definitely a Botanica mainly now, otherwise staff is nice and helpful

No... There's a place on West 12 Ave and 50 Street that has at times and another place on West 8 Ave and about 17 Street... Sorry I don't know the shops name

I am just guessing by what you have asked. It's for security and identity purpose! Everyone is in business to make money. And the way the world is today people scam honest people all the time. So it's just a security measure. I know when I order pizza or Chinese food I pay with my card over the phone but I have to present my card and ID when they deliver. It's part of life. You should actually be happy. It protects you as well! Just my opinion!
