Love the fresh ingredients, taste is good but not the best I've had. Reasonawhy I'm removing two stars: We spent over $100 for 3 L pizzas, garlic knotts, and lasagna to go. We were told it'll be approximately 25-40 mins. We arrived 30 mins later & the pizzas were no longer hot like usual. They may have been sitting for a good 10-15 minutes. The place was dead, if they had no orders to do they should've told us the order would be out right away. But the main issue is that we asked for 6 ranch(we eat ranch with everything) and crushed pepper/cheese packets to only receive 4 ranch, 5chz pckts and 5 peppers pkts for 6 ppl, ridiculous. We also did not get utensils for the lasagna. We went to the park to eat our food and couldn't enjoy the lasagna, we had our mom "cut" it with her own finger. Not so lovely looking trying to inhale a glob of mush. The staff should be more mindful of what the order is and include what is needed, what we asked was not unreasonable. My brother has had the same issue with the rancb before and for this I personally will not be coming back to treat my family. I hope this review helps future customers to check your order completely before leaving and to the staff, please be more mindfull. Thank you.

Wow. Incredible experience. Besides the delicious made from scratch dough and fresh ingredients, the service from new owners Robert and Erica was nothing short of exceptional. This local pizza joint has been the fabric of Placentia for 30 years! I was very impressed by the new owners and their level of service and genuine care for the product and service they deliver. If your last experience here was sub par you will be letting yourself down if you don’t give them another chance to prove to you their exceptional recipes. They have even partnered with local breweries to offer an exquisite IPA. The men’s restroom was very clean during my visit which should be a reflection of how clean their kitchen is as well. A much deserved 5 star review from a local guide on Google who is passionate about providing accurate reviews to support good business and small businesses that deserve it.
