The hot food is a huge part of Sheetz money making business, and the employees who cook the food at this location don't care about it. They do not fulfill orders completely, and they ignore customers and look the other way. The past 3 or 4 visits, including tonight, we ordered chicken tossed with Buffalo sauce. I also asked for a cup of sauce to dip for my Mac Bites. We were given plain chicken, and no sauce dipping cups either. We got the attention of one worker, who gave us 1 dipping cup. While we waited for her to come back to get the chicken tossed, a different employee quickly put another customers order on the counter and rushed away. The bag tipped over and some of the customers food fell out onto the counter, and she pretended to not see it. The girl who gave us the 1st cup of sauce, kept quickly putting order bags down and rushing away. A man walked by, and my fiance told him his chicken was supposed to be tossed. He rolled his eyes at my fiance, and gave him 2 cups of sauce so my fiance could toss it himself. Why are the employees ignoring customers and acting like they don't see them? Why are they continually ignoring when someone orders sauce? They do not want to help or do thier job. Extremely disappointing.

The night shift/early morning food prep staff could definitely use some training in food prep. I’m fairly certain the gloves you use to prepare food shouldn’t also be the same ones you then use to sweep the floor and then continue using when you go back to preparing food. The average wait time for a breakfast meal at Wawa, McDonald’s and Burger King is roughly 4-6 minutes. The wait time for a single breakfast sandwich at this Sheetz can exceed 10 minutes with 1-2 other people ahead of you in line. If there are more than 2 people ahead you the wait can easily go beyond 15 minutes. If you have time to spare and don’t mind if your food tastes a bit like broom handle be sure to visit.

Just want to say thank you to 2 very kind gentlemen working today who made my very awful day much more bearable! Prior to leaving work, I ordered my typical order latte on the sheetz app which I get almost daily. Unfortunately while on my way to pick it up, I got a flat tire. Fast forward 2 hours later after tire was changed and fixed, I decided to go to the store just to happen to see if my drink was still sitting ready, although I am sure completely melted even if it hadn't been thrown away by then. To my surprise, it was there, but yes, melted. The 1st gentleman behind the counter (I apologize, I didn't get your name) saw I was disappointed and immediately asked if I wanted him to remake it. I explained my situation having just had a flat tire while on my way to the store. A 2nd gentleman behind the counter (again, so sorry, didn't get your name as well), also offered to remake it. It was remade and all was great in the world again! After having the morning I did, I truly appreciated their kindness and great customer service. It's little gestures such as this that can truly make someone's day! Thank you!!!

The kid they have at the register overnight a lot is one of the best cashier's I've meet in my 67 year on this rock. Not only does he ask me how my day is and actually talk to me like a person and no matter how busy he is he always makes …This is the type of feedback we love to see Benjamin!
