I just went in this bike shop about an hour ago simply go simply looking to put air in the tires of a bicycle that I purchased from a friend in New York City, Willie Checked the gears, the alignment of the bike, oiled my gears, added air to the tires and even taught me how to ride the bike, as I was nervous about changing the gears and the chain falling off.. It was quite a pleasant experience, and even if I move from this area, I will continue to go back to Willie for his business.

SUPER SHADY...DO NOT leave your bike here for repair. The owner will sell your bike and pretend like he has no idea what you bike you are talking about. I called to see when my bike would be ready and Willie said he would call me back when ready, then when I called he said it was policy that they were not responsible for bikes left after seven days and pretended he had no idea which bike was mine. Really bad business.

Casual and friendly - Willy and the staff were patient, nice, informative, respectful, and professional. In my experience those are all rare qualities in a bike shop. I felt confident in my purchase, and I will return here for maintenance and bike needs. All pre-owned bikes meticulously refurbished.
