i usually have a good experience at this location but today was definitely not a good experience. the guy at the drive thru couldnt speak english. not sure why he would be taking orders. asked for no cheasd on my meal and no ice in my drink. they put cheese on my meal and ice in my drink. he should not be taking orders if he cant speak english this is not acceptable

Best egg rolls (that's right...Jack has egg rolls for those of you who didn't know) around. Seriously...if you know of better ones, let me know! My secret, get sweet and sour and Red Hot sauces. Dip o ce in each and enjoy. If your mouth doesn't water with the flavor explosion, maybe you should stick to boring food. And a So Cal staple, especially on hangover mornings...the Jacos! (Jacks tacos) No one knows what's in them, no one cares...so good. Nuff said...go get some egg rolls now!

This morning I got a iced coffee there and it had a piece of dried up glue floating at the top. I have tried calling the location several times but they do not answer there phone.

I wonder the same thing..I can only come up with employee apathy (but I really dont think that's the case) but probably corporate greed. I think they intentionally short staff to save on their labor line so the company makes more profit at the expense of their workers and ultimately the customers

What are the Covid safety practices like here?
