A new employee at this location named Kelly is about the worst addition to ez pawn, He was blowing a huge vape cloud in the store as I walked in for starters. Absolutely no attention to detail as he missed the laptop that was in an actual laptop bag i pulled other items out of as well, he was very rude and also proceded to try to insult me by calling me princess while getting price together. I always have paid my intrest and have never had an item i've brought in had to be put on the sales floor. My track record here is spotless and usually am treated very nice, Kelly is the kabash on that one, i feel he needs to be transferred or let go as he is not able to maintai n a proffesional demeanor and treat people as if they are earning him his paycheck as we are by purchasing and paying intrest and claiming our items. Please get rid of this person!
