Its a generally understood fact now that Macy's customer service is horrendously apathetic, both in the store and in actually reaching a department by phone. The employees are just waiting for corporate to be put into bankruptcy by Amazon. However, with a store facelift and new HR policies to improve sales presence (call buttons, self-help kiosks, etc if they can't afford new staff), Big & Tall Union Sq. could actually be pretty good. Its got a prime storefront location, fairly good quality products, and lots of tourist shoppers. It certainly worked for Target!

definitely the GO-TO place for the bigguy.. Owner is top notch and can open your eyes up to what works, etc..etc.. TOP NOTCH customer service Wish i would of used him years ago.. Ty

Came in here for a pair of pants. Came out with 3 tailored & Pressed. The owner was very helpful & Very easy to work with & Negotiate. Definitely will keep shopping here.
