We were very disappointed in the service as well as the small quantity of food for the price we paid. We ordered an Aspen omelette but got a Pikes Peak Omelette. It was supposed to be a 3 egg omelette. It scarcely had even 2 eggs. When I make a one egg omelette it is bigger than this "3 egg omelette." One slice of bacon only, (which was intended for my dog). I had wanted spinach in my omelette, but got some pale ham, which I also gave my dog. He liked the bacon but was so so about the ham. We ordered the Aspen for the Swiss cheese topping. The cheese we got was something like Velveeta. With the restaurant packed with customers, you would think they would have been more generous with the food and the reliability of the service.

Great food! Great staff! Very small dining area and it does take some time to get in and seated and then quite a wait for the food once the order is turned in. All that being said, I would most definitely eat there again!

Wish my grandmother made food like this. She doesn't, so I come here. Could be one of the best green chili sauces I've had on a breakfast burrito. And the cinnamon roll is bigger than your hand - just fluffy gooey deliciousness. Come here to enjoy the friendly, laid-back homestyle atmosphere and cooking. Leave your watch (and phone) at home.

Some of the best homecooked food I have ever had, and the staff were super nice and happy to greet you at the door and check on you often. I felt like I was at home away from home, and the prices were pretty fair for the amount of food you get. The cinnamon rolls come out warm and are to die for.
