Tried placing a $4,100 order online and could not due to an error message. Contacted their 1800 number and spent 1.5hr on the phone to be told that I have to go in store to fix this. I live 2hrs from the nearest store so I contacted them and asked to speak with the Lumber department. Brenda (Pro Specialist) in lumber answered the phone and was amazing. She placed the order for me and scheduled my delivery all under 10 minutes. She provided excellent customer service and was such a pleasure to speak with. She definitely turned my experience around. Thank you so much Brenda!!

For the first time in twenty years i was denied to return a paint brush and roller because they were used. A store assistant manager Carmen approached me and said iam not returning this items, so i asked for store manager Raul he never came out, was never greeted or treated like a customer, this management on this location is very incompetent for carrying out policies and protocols.

I have honestly had a very unfortunate experience with kitchen cabinets and counter top. I ordered my kitchen in February of this year , received the shipment in May. Had so many discrepancies due to their own mistakes when entering measurements, and now they want me to pay for cabinets that were originally ordered in the wrong size. They ignore your emails and Carmen the supervisor does not show face, she will throw her associates to face the customer, even when it’s in her hands to approve a replacement on an order they messed up on. I do NOT RECOMMEND buying a kitchen here - I know things do not always go as planned in any kitchen purchase but customer service is everything. We pay too much money to get ignored or to give us the cheap alternative . This has been such a disappointment. They also NEVER answer the phone and attend to inquiries. Called 11 times back to back, never got an associate willing to help me. If it wasn’t for Maria the sales associate who has tried to help me and who has been patient with me, I don’t know what I would have done.

Today, Frank & I went to check out a few stores. We wanted to price some refrigerators and get a good deal. Our first stop was Lowe’s. We walked up to the sales desk and spoke with Maria. She asked what we needed and what extra we wanted. She showed us the 36” width and the tall ones. We found a few choices, drove home and measured the space, came right back and bought the white one with extra filters. Maria was informative, concerned about getting us what we wanted and comparing the ones we looked at to ensure we had our needs and more fulfilled. She was not a hard sell sales person. She represented Lowe’s to her customers with respect. We will be glad to come back soon…(our dishwasher is the next to go….).
