Moved from out of state which is already stressful enough, I want to thank Jalisa for making my transition smoother than what it was. She’s straight forward and about business. Staff are actually nice, based on the reviews I can tell that the negative reviews are coming from people who aren’t getting their way because I’ve heard how they speak to the office staff during my visits. Maintenance team is nice and grounds are beautiful. Jalisa thank you so much again for the time and effort you put into helping me and my family. Thank you Lazul.

The front desk lady and a guy standing there in a black shirt with short hair are just talking while I’m standing there asking them to open the door. Please get a better team. If that’s the “customer service” you are providing to your residents. I wouldn’t want to live there nor refer anyone to this building. This happened today at 11:40am , 7/21/22. Please talk to your “associates”. Unacceptable

I am very disappointed that I moved to this building, the management team changed not so long ago and now it is impossible to communicate with them, they are simply not there, it is also impossible to get through, the managers simply do not want to work. 3 weeks ago, my new car was stolen right out of the building's garage. there is no assistance from managers and security. It's a pity that the old team no longer works here

Thinking of moving here but wish management would work on the issues here since there has been a tturnover in the office. Packages stolen, fire alarm rringing , cleanliness and security are top priority issues that should be addressed . You just received a new review stating homeless in the doorway and bugs in apartments which I hope is absolutely untrue.
