My daughter wanted to go to Hollywood for her birthday and I have to say Big Sugar Bakeshop (BSB is my new nickname for them) helped to make this one of her best birthdays ever. I put in what I thought was an impossible request to BSB and the ladies made the impossible request a reality. I swear, as long as you communicate, all things are possible and BSB proved it!! My request was NOT an option on their site; however, they made sure that they emailed and called me to get the order completed. Delivery, no problem! They delivered the cake, cupcakes, and some extras (extras totally devoured by my son) to the hotel after their shop had closed!! Who freaking does that???? BSB!! The delivery charge was not increased even though I inconvenienced them with my wild and crazy request. I had planned on tipping expecting BSB to be very angry with me and my order. I feel like they smiled as they were getting the details of my order together and I saw the smile on the face of the young lady who delivered the order. I am 1,195% impressed with BSB and will recommend them to anyone in the LA area. Great service, energy and effort put into MY order, and great sweets all add up to a successful business! Thank you again for making my daughter's birthday one of her best birthdays ever!!!!

Quality over quantity! Last 3 years Big Sugar has been my go to bakery for all cakes. I usually don’t write reviews but Vanessa knocked out a custom super Mario cake for me! I thought it’s about time I drop a line!

This location is too cute. Nice bakery that offers grabbing last minute gifts for your coworkers easier. And they provide single candles for purchased baked goods. Never too crowded and offers good coffee. Customer service is always great.
